Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).

Terms of Service

The Service

The Plumber's Friend is a subscription service that automatically sends a text-back response to callers when a plumbing business misses an incoming call, along with related bonus features (review requests, script templates, and a monthly savings report) as described on our website.

Subscription & Billing

The Plumber's Friend is billed monthly at $147/month (or the promotional rate quoted to you at signup). There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid.

Setup & Onboarding

Accounts are set up by hand after you provide your business phone number and account details. We aim to have your service live within 48 hours of receiving your information, though this may occasionally vary.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use The Plumber's Friend only for your legitimate business purposes and not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages to your customers.

No Guarantee of Results

While The Plumber's Friend is designed to help you respond to missed calls faster, we do not guarantee any specific increase in bookings, revenue, or customer retention. Results depend on your business and market.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Hinojos Agency's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month of service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
